| Description | CandelaMedia specialises in recruiting to the TV, Film and Radio sectors. This is an excellent opportunity to join our rapidly expanding consultancy.
Our location couldn’t be better, based at Pinewood Studios, in the heart of the industry. With modern offices and IT infrastructure, our contacts database is ready for you to build a high performance desk.
We are looking for enthusiastic people preferably with experience in the IT or Broadcast sectors or S&M experience. For our part we will actively train you and help develop your desk:
o Up to 2 weeks offsite training per year
o Attendance to at least one trade show per year (generally Broadcast Live in London or IBC in Amsterdam) and often both shows
o Access to our consultancy team for business leads, candidate networking and technical know how
o Great location at Pinewood Studios (The next Bond movie is currently underway, prize for spotting Daniel Craig)
o Fantastic bonus structure so your can achieve realistic OTE of £75k+
o All bonus thresholds set to zero for your first quarter to give you a head start
o Company pension scheme and Non Contributory at 5% after the first years service.
o Car scheme scheduled for 2008 to help you buy your first Porsche
The ideal candidate should be able to show a track record of building a desk and achieving high billing levels. Our current recruiters are currently snowed under and have a large proportion of repeat business. Your recruitment desk will be seeded from existing business, to allow you a rapid start-up position.
Our Consulting team generate many new leads on your behalf, so candidate networking is a must so that you can respond rapidly to land the business.
